Photography is so much more than capturing an image, pictures capture feelings and our history. I am so privileged to be able to do what I love and give back to others at the same time. My hope is that my work will remind families of the important things-the little moments memories are made of.

I am so very excited to share! Next month, I will be releasing FTT Textures II AND something new….the first action set in my “Artist’s Workflow” series. This set will make using textures easier and more versatile than ever. Be watching for a pre-release contest to be the first to own BOTH and a 1 hour online instruction session with yours truly.

I had also promised a tutorial for the free LR presets available on our Facebook page (limited time only), and I have made good on it. I will have to warn you that I am just getting over the FLU (bleh) and this video is a bit choppy compared to my others, but I think it’s informative all the same. ;) I hope it helps you utilize the presets to their full potential. Be sure to select HD to view it larger.

As many of you may or may not know this past year has revolved around planning for my little sister’s wedding. My mother and I are extremely detail oriented and I honestly don’t know how any of us survived it, especially the bride! LOL She did though and all the planning and effort was well worth it, it was an absolutely perfect day….from the weather to every little detail, it went off without a single snag!

I took my sister’s bridals months ago and have been dying to show them and now I can! The wedding pictures were done by Ryan and Carter of Dallas In Focus and we cannot wait to see the results! These guys work so hard and pretty much just confirmed for me the reason I don’t do weddings…it’s a big JOB!!!

So you can see the groom, here is an example of the invitations. I designed them using the wonderful engagement images provided by Dallas In Focus. This was a 5×5 trifold and completely gorgeous!!
