We are so excited to be visiting Gulf Shores, AL. again this summer. Since I absolutely adore beach portraits I thought it might be fun to offer a limited number of sessions while I am there -limited being the key word because after all this is a vacation! lol If you will be in the Gulf Shores area the week of July 10th, 2011 and would like to book a beach session with us please send an email titled “beach session” to tamara@fromthetreetop.com. If you live in our area you know just hot ridiculously HOT it has been! We decided to cool off and take a mini getaway to Galveston Island before the kids start back to school..it was such a relaxing time, makes me wish summer would last forever-eh..without the 100+ weather! lol Hope you are all staying cool. :o)

We spent our summer vacation in Gulf Shores, AL once again this year. Unlike most gulf water I have seen, the beaches there are beautiful with white sands and gorgeous grass…perfect for portraits! This year we were able to take two of my nephews along with us as well as my parents. It made for a houseful, but it was SO much fun..the more, the merrier..lol! I was also able to have a session with them and that made me very happy, in case you haven’t realized it yet….taking pictures tends to do that for me. ;o) I have SO many favorites that I usually put together a slideshow to share with family and friends. You won’t see me or my hubby in this year’s pics..I had too many other people to concentrate on, but I will try for another family portrait next summer. See this year and last year’s slideshows here….use passwords summer2007 or summer2008. Amazing to see how much my kiddos have grown!
